"I needed a sugar cookie that would hold it's shape to make the "french fries" portion of my father's day "burger and fries" (see pictures. "I made this as a dessert for a dinner party. Oh my!!! What a sucess! I layered everything twice in goblets we'd received as a wedding present for an individual effect, adding shaved chocolate on top. "Are you kidding me???? I'm in love! These have the flavor if a cinnamon/chocolate latte from Starbucks... (I used the really good cinnamon from pampered chef... and I've found that having a plate of these low cal cookies around during the high-fat holidays keeps me cheating --- but in much smaller increments!!! "Pretty easy to follow directions to follow, BUT - am I missing something? The Ingredients state that you need 1 cup of sweetened flaked coconut for the filling, PLUS 2 tablespoons cocunut for the garnish. WHERE in the recipe does it tell me to put the 1 cup of coconut? I've never had coconut pie before, and am making it at my in-laws request. ..."
