"In her book, Naturally Thin, Bethenny also suggests adding a splash of club soda to this recipe to "lighten" it. I love this margarita as an alternative to the sugary laden original."

"I got this recipe straight from the South Beach cookbook and the cooking time for the chicken in the pan was 12 minutes per side instead of the 10 listed here. It sounded too long to cook chicken breasts to me, but I followed the instructions and the chicken ended up dry. The dish tasted great, but next time I would definitely cut the cooking time..."

"This recipe is identical to the Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake recipe that I just read in my latest issue of Taste of Home Magazine. Except, that is, for the name of it. "Delicious and easy! I cooked 28 divers scallops tonight and they were divine. I did have to cook them about twice as long as in the recipe however, but maybe that was due to their large size. Would definitely cook scallops this way again! Thanks!"

"I made this tonight and agree it was delicious. I also agree with a few other reviewers that it's probably best to either flip the chicken half way through, or cut the bacon in half and lay it on top to make sure it gets cooked thoroughly. Mine was uncooked on the bottom and I prefer crispy bacon. Delicious, easy dish!"

"THIS WAS AWESOME!!! All I had looking at me from my freezer were 4 frozen chops and this was the first recipe to pop up on my search. You saved my dinner plan and gave me something that I will make forever...the pork was so moist and the flavor so delicious. Goodbye Shake and Bake forever!!...Instead of Stewed tomatoes, I used a can of Roasted to..."

"I too found this recipe in Williams-Sonoma and tried it tonight for the first time. It was delicious and not as involved as I have found other Williams-Sonoma recipes to be. The one change that I made was substituting bagged saffron rice for the actual saffron (given how expensive it is. I will definitely make this again!"
