    "This was excellent. I had a 3 lb pork shoulder. I used about 8 cloves of garlic (minced), and kept the rest of the ingredient amounts the same (used sea salt). I cooked it 3 hours at 325 degrees and uncovered it and cooked it one hour more. It was so tender and juicy and bursting with flavor!"
