"Excellent batter~ Light and crispy. I used haddock fillets and should have made more because the whole family loved it. Thanks Kittencal fro another great recipe."

"This was a great salad for a potluck. It looked fantastic and the addition of the avocado and salsa verde gave it a different(and tasty spin from the usual layered salads. Will definitely make again."

"I have made these several times and they are fabulous for homemade donairs or even for flatbread pizzas. I have discovered that I prefer cooking the naan on a smoking hot cast iron grill pan rather than baking in the oven. This way you get it browned without making it too crispy. I also brush with a mixture of melted unsalted butter, minced gar..."

"These were awesome. I am making my second batch today. Like another reviewer suggested, I can see trying this with other veggies such as asparagus, carrots & pearl onions. I didn't have white wine vinegar so I used rice wine which seemed to be a good substitute. This would be a great addition to a tapas / antipasta platter."

"I have never attempted making mashed potatoes ahead of time so I thought I would give it a try really not expecting them to be as good as made to order. I was wrong! These were terrific. I used half & half instead of whipping cream but otherwise followed the recipe. They get five stars because they taste wonderful and the for the ease of prepara..."

"These egg rolls were way better than store bought. I used a combination of pork & ground beef & increased the garlic. I cooked them two ways: fried & oven toasted. The family much preferred the fried. I found that the fried also held up better when they were reheated. Thanks for a great recipe - I will be making these again & again."

"This apple crisp was great. My other attempts at crisps had problems with being dry. This recipe was not dry at all - I think the melted butter was the key. Not exactly figure friendly but delicious! I added some nutmeg to the apples & served with whipped cream. Yum! Also, it reheated very well."

"This is another one of Kittencal's recipes that was fantastic. I made one large loaf that took a little less than 28 min. to cook to a nice golden colour. The dough is easy to work with even for novice bread makers like myself. The kids had to have a piece before it properly cooled. MMmmm!"

"Yum! Yum! Yum! I baked it on the aluminum slide foil so nothing stuck to it & it made for an easy clean-up. I also added some almonds. It coated 1 bag of microwave popcorn (which is supposed to yield 7 cups. Buttery, salty, sweet... how can you go wrong? ;"

"I'll admit I was a little skeptical of the technique but these were the most tender porkchops I have ever cooked. Delish! I also subbed Montreal steak spice & a little garlic powder for the spices. After cooking,I deglazed the pan with some onions & chicken stock to make a sauce to pour over the chops. This is my new favourite pork chop recipe..."
