"This sumptuous pie is so incredibly delicious!! I needed to complete it in less than an hour for some unexpected luncheon guests. I used a fridge roll-out crust, brushed it with the egg mixture, and cooled it as directed while I mixed the filling. The only filling changes I made were to add the 3/4 egg remainder making the egg total 3 & 3/4. ..."

"My family has several mushroom lovers so I decided to make Paula's Cheese Stuffed Mushroom appetizers for Thanksgiving. They vanished so fast I barely got to taste one. I was in such a hurry to fix the filling that I added the Parmesan topping cheese to the actual filling mix. As my 9 year old granddaughter stuffed the mushroom caps, she tasted t ..."

"These moist muffins were delicious plain, but grandchildren and menfolks insisted on topping them with chocolate frosting. Yum! The squash is almost undetectable, and my husband remarked on the lovely, unique flavor.
To answer "What am I missing's" question, I did not cook the squash before grinding it in my food processor. The little ground ..."

"Thanks so much, Ina, for sharing this recipe. Your husband was absolutely right. It is the best tart I ever ate. Better yet, I impressed myself by producing a pastry that was crisp on the bottom and soft on the top with delightfully glazed apples. I almost freaked 20 minutes into the baking process when the apples surrounded the whole tart wit ..."

"This sandwich was simply delicious. I had been trying to build up the courage to make something with eggplant for many, many years. This recipe will become a regular addition to my lunch repertoire. This sandwich is good even when served cold, but it is positively great served warm with the cheese all gooey. Thanks Giada."

"I made this sauce with plums and apples to go with homemade Chinese egg rolls. It had a nice flavor; but the texture was more like baby food applesauce than duck sauce. It reminded me of apple butter - not at all what I want on my egg rolls. I guess I was expecting more of a glaze consistency and less of a puree."

"Ugh! Too rich and way too thick! My initial reaction to this recipe was to toss it into the trash and give it no stars. But, I had promised to take it to a July 4th Pool Party. Much to my surprise, FIVE people liked this dish so much that they insisted that I email them the website for the recipe. I too found that the baking time was at least 3..."

"Very light and refreshing! I hate the chemical taste of fat free items; so I opted to use 2 three ounce regular orange Jello packets with only one cup of boiling water as well as regular sour cream and Cool Whip. The sour cream gave it just the right amount of sweetness without being sickening sweet. Hint: Be sure to use a large Angel Food Cake."

"Yummy! I wanted to make a dessert to use up some FRESH pineapple. I searched through approximately 400 recipes before I found one that did not expressly call for canned pineapple. Even though I forgot it in the oven, and the crust got a little browner than I might wish, it was absolutely delicious! I cut it into 12 servings and served it warm w..."

"I use to make this dessert several times per year for family gatherings, and it was always a big hit! It is especially cool and refreshing on a hot summer day. Its pretty snowball appearance takes everyone's mind off the scintillating summer temperatures."
