"This makes a nice presentation. I used regular mushrooms instead of the fancy ones. I also used cream cheese in the mushroom/spinach mixture and that, combined with the rest of the dish ingredients made it very rich and tasty. "

"I just think this is the best way to eat cold Broc. that I have ever tasted! The sweetness from the sugar combined with the salt from the bacon made a perfect balance. "

"I really enjoyed making this, and found it very easy to do so. I've made it a couple of times. Once I put it over lettuce, and added both the tzatziki sauce and a dash of Newman's Lighten Up Rasberry and walnut salad dressing, and another time made it over a pita(minus the Newman's). Both times it was delicious!"
