"I really enjoyed making this, and found it very easy to do so. I've made it a couple of times. Once I put it over lettuce, and added both the tzatziki sauce and a dash of Newman's Lighten Up Rasberry and walnut salad dressing, and another time made it over a pita(minus the Newman's. Both times it was delicious!"
