"Made last night for dinner and we swooned! For us it made quite a lot of sauce which would be divine over mashed potatos or rice. Will definitely make again. Was easy to prepare during the week, but elegant enough to serve to company. Thanks for posting."

"Easy to make, fit nicely in a 9x13 pan. Does make a lot of cheesy sauce, but boy is that sauce great!!!"

"My twins rated this 6 out of 5 stars they enjoyed it so much and they can't agree on anything! I loved that this was a great launching pad to use whatever is in the fridge. In fact, I used leftover fajita onions and peppers for the onions and I used pepper jack cheese and a few cheese curds left in my fridge. You can't botch this one! I loved ..."

"I, unfortunately, ended up marinating my steaks for MUCH longer than recommended, so the steaks themselves were a little strong in flavor, however, sliced up and put on a salad elevated the ordinary to extraordinary. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. I will try again and, hopefully, life won't get in the way!"

"Really great flavor, but yes, you CAN cook them too long. I had black burnt potatoes. We did eat them all, though, but we were not fighting for the crispy parts over here. I would definitely make again, just baking at 400degrees. Again, GREAT flavor and I am sure next time, they are going to be perfection! Thanks for posting."

"Wonderful! Even my 6yo gobbled it up. Not too spicy, but by no means tasteless. I am looking forward to the leftovers this week and will make again."

"really easy to do and makes a really great meal in very little time. Also quite healthy. I love the idea of substituting green beans and will do that next time. Thanks for posting!"

"The sauce is spectacular. Because we were snowed in, I had to substitute tomato sauce instead of canned tomatoes and I baked the salmon at 425degrees for about 15 minutes instead of grilling. My husband and I were WOWED! I love how the chipotle sauce had a great kick but didn't overpower the roasted salmon. He even said it was the best salmon ..."
