"This dip was so delicious! I made this for a pitch in that we had at work; I just threw it all in the crockpot and heated it up at work...so simple and so easy! Everyone loved it, especially how you get the buffalo wing taste without all of the mess. I made this exactly as the recipe states, except I baked six chicken tenders and cubed them instea..."

"I'm really sorry, but this just wasn't very good. I'm pretty sure it was the Essence of Emeril seasoning that gave it a very strange, unappealing taste. My advice to anyone using this recipe would be to leave it out completely. I doubt that I will be making this one again."

"This was very good...I couldn't taste the ranch flavor as much as I would have liked though. I may dip the chicken in some ranch dressing next time instead of sour cream. Overall, a really good recipe that I will make again."

"This turned out really good...I was worried that it might be bland because the recipe doesn't call for any spices, but I just added some salt and pepper and it was really tasty! Very quick, easy, and inexpensive recipe...will definitely make this again!"

"Of all of the tuna casserole recipes that I have tried, this is by far the best! I love how creamy the cream cheese and sour cream combination make the sauce; it's outstanding! I made it just like the recipe states, except instead of breadcrumbs I opted to put mozzarella cheese on top. I find that when reheating, any kind of crumb topping becomes ..."

"These were pretty good, but not exactly what I expected. I would've liked them to have been cheesier and the pepper flavor was really strong, very spicy! Overall, I liked them ok and may make again."

"Finally, a good tuna casserole recipe...and low fat too! I have always made tuna casserole with canned cream of mushroom soup, but this was MUCH better. I didn't use mushrooms, just because of personal preference and I used a can of peas and carrots rather than the frozen peas. Other than those minor changes, I kept everything else the same and it..."

"I made this last night and it was terrible. It is NOT a good idea to put onions in tuna casserole. I doubled the recipe to make a 9x13 casserole, so because the original recipe calls for one small onion, I chopped a whole medium onion...BAD IDEA!! The onion flavor was so strong that it made the dish completely inedible and I had to throw the whole..."

"This is not the traditional way to make sex on the beach, but this is how I always make them and request them be made when I go out...MUCH better than the recipe that uses cranberry juice. I like my drinks sweet, so I also add some pineapple juice to it. Delicious!"

"This was ok; I think it would've been better, but I substituted one lb of the ground beef with italian sausage. The sausage was very overpowering and made it way too salty. Next time I will just use ground beef. Also, two lbs of meat is too much for the small amount of sauce that the recipe calls for. If I make this again, I will only use one lb. ..."
