"I LOVED this at first. Unfortunately I made a huge batch (even cutting the recipe in half for just two people so I ended up getting really tired of it. My fiance however did not like it (he prefers a more mayo-based potato salad. I'd probably make it again but I would definitely cut the recipe WAY down."

"We loved this meal! Cheap, easy & quick to prepare! I cut the recipe roughly in half and then used an 8x8in pan since it's just two of us - made enough for dinner, and two rounds of lunches. I used Penzey's adobo seasoning in place of the black pepper (I used alot though!, Frontera tomatillo salsa (delicious! and made it vegan by u..."

"One of the few brussels sprouts recipes my boyfriend and I can agree on! I just used sliced onion in place of the pearl onions, and left out the pecans because I didn't realize I was out. I used 1 lb brussels, but only doubled the "sauce" and it was still PLENTY. In fact, I could have used a lot less, especially of the maple syrup. I tried to roas..."

"I will be making this often!! Very easy and very delicious! I used an assortment of nuts and chopped dried fruits - pretty much followed the recipe as stated (did not preheat except that I added the dried fruit partway through the cooking because I wanted it crunchier and not as chewy. SO good over yogurt! Thanks for sharing!"

"Yum! Made these vegan by substituting vegan butter, egg, and milk replacements..also used half whole wheat flour and half all purpose. I only have an 8x8 pan so I used that and increased the baking time to 40 minutes - they seemed done but then were still really raw in the middle. Not a huge deal since there were no eggs but next time I will cook ..."

"This was better than some of the dahls I've had at Indian restaurants! Quick and easy but tastes like you spent all day on it!"

"Yum!! This was amazing...so much better than any other chocolate pudding I've ever had! I didn't realize I was out of vanilla extract but I had almond so I used that instead (less than what was called for though. I thought it was great! My BF weirdly thought that it was chocolate raspberry flavored : I think next time I'll cut back a bit on the ..."

"Can't really rate this recipe...we made this in a cast iron dutch oven over a campfire and my BF accidentally charred it so badly that it was pretty inedible. But the little bites that we were able to eat without blackened bits tasted great!!"

"YUM!! I had no idea how much I loved beets!! Pretty much followed as stated, but I decreased the sugar by 1/4 (used a sugar/stevia blend tho that is sweeter than straight sugar. I LOVED it but my BF thought the mustard was a little too strong. Next time, I think I'll just cube the beets before cooking tho - I had some larger beets and they didn't..."
