    "I made this for our family Christmas Eve party & everyone loved it ~ even my hubby who is not a cake (or coconut fan. A small package of pudding is plenty to cover a 9x13 cake. Thanks for sharing - this is definitely going to be a regular at our family events! I think for Easter I will try coloring the coconut to make it look like the Easter gras..."
