"This was sooo good....took it to an annual Father's Day party and it was gone before everyone got there. I jazzed up the dressing and the flour...also added more hot sauce to the skillet. Next time, I will probably use the deep fryer and then dunk them in sauce made from butter and hot sauce. I had a hard time controlling the heat in the skille..."

"This was great! I cooked in a pie plate. I sprinkled parmesan cheese under the meat to keep it together. I also cooked onion and garlic with the meat. Even my picky eater loved it!"

"Made this for a Labor Day BBQ. I added avocado to the top and it was so good! Next time, I will double the dressing and make two layers. The dressing would be good on anything! Be sure and use fresh basil."

"OMG.....This was A++++. I was surprised because it didn't smell that good when I cooked it. The kids and my husband ate it up. Left out the wine and lemon juice because I didn't have any. It didn't matter....it was so good! Also, left out the paprika and parsley....didn't think I needed it."

"I think the vinegar "cooked' my chops! I have brined many times, but never used vinegar. I soaked 6 sirloin chops in the recipe for 2 hours and they were gray coming out of the brine. I then grilled them low and slow, and they were horrible. Very dry and I didn't cook them very long. The flavor was OK, but they were dry and tough. I used n..."

"This was really good...even to me who doesn't like spinach! I used fresh baby spinach. I was afraid it would be a little too dry, but it tasted great. Try it....you'll like it!"
