    "My goodness, I think I just ate dessert! I made a few changes I added 1/4 cup Chia seeds, Instead of wheat bran I used Wheat germ and added a 1/4 cup of flax seed meal. I also added a splash of vanilla extract. For sweetener I use Xylitol. I thought the amount of sugar was a bit much for whipped cream. Over all the pancakes were delicious. i did ..."

    "I made these twice in a week. My DMIL loves pumpkin.I'm doing low car so I switched Splend T of molasses for the brown sugar. I soaked the dried cranberries in hot water. The freeze well.     "I made these twice, the 1st time I under baked them & the deflated. I had made custard filling also sugar free. I used Erythritol instead of white sugar. I did used 1 oz of semi sweet chocolate, tsp of butter & t TB of warm water.DH & DMI ate 2 each. They said they were the best they ever had. My compliments to you!BTW they freeze beautifully."
