"This was really good; I used 3 cups of slaw mix instead of 2, a half-can of beans, and I reduced the sugar. We like a lightly dressed slaw. The beans add a nice texture, and the bacon makes this great! This was part of a Super Bowl spread with BBQ pulled-chicken sliders."

"I used pecans instead of walnuts and had to bake it 55 minutes. Moist, great banana flavor, subtle chocolate flavor. Enjoyable breakfast or snack bread."
"Very good; I used jarred jalapenos but know it would be better with the fresh.
Also, best to refrigerate it overnight to really get the flavors to melt. I like it with Fritos scoops or the Tostitos scoops. Addicting!"
