"I've been trying different peanut butter cookie recipes for a long time now looking for one that did not produce a flat, chewy cookie. I actually like dry crispy ones instead. This recipe fits the bill. The only chocolate that my wife and I like in peanut butter cookies is white baking chocolate , so I omitted the m&m's and chips. I did add a half..."

"This was a GREAT steak topper! Gourmet comes to mind. I could definitely imagine this on the menu at a five star steakhouse. I did reduce the olive oil to 3/4 of a cup and added some chopped toasted pine nuts. Thank you breezermom for an awesome steak night!"

"This was a really good curry. I've made a lot of curry before, (shrimp, chicken, and beef but never with fish. To the vegetables I added a half head of bok choy and three stalks of celery, chopped. I assumed the powdered curry in the recipe was yellow and added a t. of red powdered curry as well. I also added a T. of fish sauce and a T. of peanut..."

"These burgers were great! I added some worcestershire as well as a T. of fish sauce to the meat. I also layered some gorgonzola between two thin patties before grilling to make stuffed bleu cheese burgers. The onion bacon jam was awesome! Thanks UTP for a great recipe!"

"Good recipe! I liked the white wine/bourbon combination. The sauce tasted a bit sharp so I added a half cup of sour cream just before serving."

"I used this recipe to recreate a recipe that I saw on D,D & D. For the filling I used a couple of pounds of mashed potatoes mixed with a cup of sour cream, three T. of whole seed mustard, some s&p and about a pound and a half of cooked cubed corned beef. The rest was done as per recipe with double the sauce. Thanks Dib's for helping this come toge..."

"What a great pie! I had to go out and buy the ingredients for it as soon as I read the recipe! I used two each of Johnsonville's bratwurst and hot sausages. I also used the whole jar of pizza sauce, which was a little more than asked for. It turned out great! Thanks Sharlene for my GOTO Chicago style pizza. I can't wait to make it for a party!"
