"If you like pickled gherkins try adding two, I zap mine in the food processor first. And up the cheese an extra 1/2 a cup (I use parmesan for the extra. This was Ruby's idea as she has decided she loves gherkins and now I will always make them like this! Yum! Also Baked Beans turn out great too."

"This is so good. I doubled the recipe and got 5 jars which we gave 3 away as Xmas pressies but now we have none left for ourselves. Need to make some more very soon especially as the last batch didn't even sit for a week. Dave reckons it's the best on toast with a slice of cheese."

"For us I used garlic salt instead of plain salt, left out the cayenne, used about 4 T (if not more of dried onions along with the other ingredients which I zapped in the food processor. I also used a lime chopped up along with the onion which I stuffed inside the chicken. Cooked on a rack basting often and it cooked up beautifully. Great recip..."

"This was lovely and like TFC said, smelt beautiful while cooking. I followed the recipe exactally making no changes. I love the reduced down leeks which gave the sauce a great flavour.
