I doubled the avocado in the butter recipe to make it healthier and it rocked! I grilled some asparagus along with the fish and added to butter to it too -- mmmmm, wonderful!"

"This is one of my favorite pork recipes. I use less oil, and low-fat sour cream and its delish! Comes out rich & moist every time, and super easy to make. I usually use red pepper instead of green bell peppers to give it a sweeter taste."

"This recipe was very tasty with all the spices, even thought I forgot to add the garlic & onion! I soaked it for 48 hrs, and injected as instructed. It was super moist, but a tad too salty. Next time I'll use just 3/4 cup salt or brine 24 hrs instead. Great recipe!"

"This was delicious.Very simple to prepare, with healthy ingredients. I added 2 tsp brwn sugar instead of 1.5, cut back a little on the lime juice, and it was perfect. Has a Thai taste to it."
