    Handle
     |  By Julie B's Hive

"I have been making this cake for several years now, and it always gets raves. I don't just make it on St. Paddy's Day but whenever any special occasion arises. It is nice for Christmas, too, with the addition of some chopped candied cherries.==Wylie's Mom"

     |  By 694384

"I have used this recipe since I saw Rocco on TV years ago. I prefer this one to my own mother's. It is easy, flexible as to whatever flavors I feel like at the time, and everyone enjoys them. In fact, I am often referred to as "The Biscotti Lady.""
