"This is fabulous! I never would have thought to add in fennel but it added something really nice! We added a bit of spice with Cayenne pepper in with the others - I agree with KLHquilts that next time I might add a little more vinegar. But the way the vegetables softened and combined flavors.....Delicious!! We thought after cutting the vegetab..."

"This made us a great vegetarian dinner tonight - It's part of a foray into cooking French food, and it turned out really tasty - I think we may add a few more spices and herbs next time (that's why we haven't made much French cuisine before: not spicy enough - and not often vegetarian! But THIS was lovely with the vegetables, the texture and the..."

"This turned out to be pretty nice - The smoked salmon crumbled in the cream sauce is a delicious combination and tempers some of the smoky taste that I don't like in eating smoked salmon raw. The spices are good here, although I used minced garlic cooked in from the beginning instead of the garlic powder. And also added a lot of black pepper. ..."

"Wonderful recipe! The texture was perfect and the pasta came out a nice consistency. Make sure there is sufficient flour on your rolling surface as the dough tends to stick if you are trying for a thinner texture. We've tried several other recipes with mixed results and were very pleased to come across this recipe! We look forward to experimenting..."
