"My husband has an aversion to anything green, so I didn't tell him about the zucchini until AFTER he raved about this recipe. Now he wants me to make some more up for spaghetti, meatball subs and possibly a meatball soup. I loved the consistency of these and the flavor was incredible!"

"I just tried making this tonight and my family says it's a HIT! Daughter said it was exactly like the restaurant. This is a keeper! I had all of the prep done before and it was a snap to put together. Might try to figure out how to do in a crockpot someday, but still an easy recipe to pull off."

"Made this on a whim as bread bowls for soup. Didn't use bread flour, but it still came out amazing. Hubby loved it. Definitely is a keeper!"
