    "Found this recipe one night when my DH and I had a craving for enchiladas then discovered that our grocery store doesn't carry enchilada sauce! I wound up substituting an 8 oz bottle of mild taco sauce (as that's what I had on hand for the tomato sauce in this recipe and it came out great, very flavorful, and extremely simple to make."
