     |  By Petite Mommy

"Very good sesame chicken! It was a bit of an experiment as I did try and follow the advice of other reviewers as well as getting it to work with my pantry. I didn't have chile paste or sesame oil so I used chile oil instead which worked really well. In addition, I lightly fried this in a skillet with a couple tablespoons of olive oil which gave th..."

"Very good banana cake that was great to use up the many rotten bananas that accumulate in our freezer! I liked the richness of it and was glad to bring it to church for our coffee table where it got quickly eaten up. Thanks! Made for ZWT7!"

"I got some fresh zucchini from the Farmers Market and whipped these up to go with some Lasagna. They worked great as dipping sticks and just to mop up the sauce. I did shred up some of my own breadcrumbs along with store bought to make sure I had enough. Very good and glad to have tried zucchini in this way! Made for ZWT7!"

    Reviewed Mango Salsa #1
    Handle
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By Rita~

"I love this salsa! I used a variety of peppers, added in some onions, and some tabasco sauce to give it some kick. I really loved this mango salsa and I think that I would cut down the oil a bit next time as a lot of the mangoes and veggies had juices plus the already required liquids made it harder to use on chips. I think it would be perfect on ..."

"I made this with Greek vanilla yogurt and left out the vanilla. It was really delicious and made a beautiful dip/sauce for a lot of the berries that we had leftover from my sister's grad party. It was perfect as it was very close to a dessert and worked even better than half and half (which we normally use as it was light and sweet."

    Reviewed Texas Country Potato Salad
    Handle
     |  By Marie

"This was a really great potato salad. I thought it could have used some more mustard as it seemed a little bit lacking in flavor when we got to the end. Also I think that I should have cut the potatoes down even more as it was a very rich potato salad. All in all though it went well and was very well loved as it got eaten up. I think in the future..."

"Discovered this recipe through a friend and then on Recipezaar. Decided to try it out tonight, but cut it in half. I forgot to use less butter and added some more cinnamon but other than that they were just perfect. My family gobbled up half the pan right away, I guess I will have to make some more. This sounds like a great recipe to also use to m..."
