"You have to let them cook long enough, but after I did, they were AMAZING! I did them on dinner plates with pam sprayed on them, slicing them on the mandolin, and then cooking them for about 7 mins.. I sprinkled garlic powder, sea salt and fresh ground pepper on them and they were DELISH!! Thanks Uncle Bill!"

"I changed this recipe a little. I use low sodium beef broth and low sodium chicken broth, and a little low sodium soy sauce. I let it simmer for at least 45 mins, strain the veggies out and then let it sit until were ready for it. I put the green onion and mushrooms in each bowl, and then top with the broth. "First time I made it, AWESOME! Second time, I only had 8 oz of cream cheese, and I needed WAY more icing than that. So, I doubled the vanilla, butter and sugar, and added 4 ounces of sour cream. It was WONDERFUL! Thanks for a great and quick recipe, bert!"
