"Now that is what I am talking about!!! REAL spinach dip with a true white sauce base instead of using mayonnaise...YUK. This is a great recipe, it does taste a lot like the spinach dip at Houston's. "Tried this one a few weeks ago in the smoker and it turned out excellent. Also tried it out in the crock pot, same recipe, just added some liquid smoke in the crock pot because I was short on time, it was still great. Gotta make sure this is in my recipe box."

"These have a nice flavor filling, but too (unnecisarily sweet for me and I was dissapointed by the cresent rolls. They just tasted almost like canned biscuits. Next time I will make these with puff pastry, which will be just as easy, but much tastier and authentic. I probably won't make this recipe again."
