"i also had the same experience, in that they took TWICE as long to bake. i did bake them in glass so that maybe had part to do with it.. "very flavorful! I didn't have dried parsley so I snipped some fresh from the garden... the only problem was when I flipped it over in the oven, a lot of the breading fell off. Maybe more EVOO? regardless, a super tasty way to enjoy fish! thank you! will cook again :"
