"Loved it! I took several suggestions that worked very well. I made this in an 8 inch square pan and it was the perfect size. Nothing spilled over, but it was a nice high dense, moist cake. I used half splenda, half sugar. Also, I used lowfat plain yogurt with 1 and a half tsp of vanilla added (a great way to cut sugar cause the 1 cup is more than ..."

"This turned out very well. It was plenty thick enough. I wonder if those whose sauce was too thin noticed that the last hour of cooking is supposed to be with the lid off? That might be why their sauce didn't thicken up. I used a 3lb bag of tenders and this recipe served 7 as a main entree. Next time I will double the sauce and use a 4lb bag to se..."

"This was simple and excellent! I did not use the msg and subbed 1 tablespoon of chili sauce for one of the tablespoons of ketchup. It added a nice kick. I used rice wine vinegar instead of plain white. I didn't have fresh ginger so I used a third of a teaspoon of powdered. I will definitely use this recipe again. It beats the pineapple juice recip..."

"Thank you for a fab recipe! The filling is easy and excellent.I let the mixture cool overnight to avoid the problems others had and that worked out well. No sogginess or breakage. I made a few minor changes to suit myself with great results.I subbed one bag of broccoli slaw for the cabbage slaw to up the veggie content and I baked instead of fried..."

"These were great for breakfast served with the whipped butter. Not too sweet, but sweet enough. I made them in my mini muffin tins so each one was about two bites. Thanks for posting. This couldn't be any simpler to make."

"Great consistency to this frosting. Very light and fluffy. Not very sweet. I've never made a whipped cream frosting so I was concerned it might separate on top of the cake after a day or two.But it didn't (keep it in fridge and I will happily make this again. Thanks for posting."

"So easy and delicious. The perfect amount of spiciness for us. I think the fish sauce (which does not add a fishy flavor or I'd NEVER be able to get away with that in this house adds to the takeout flavor. I added sliced carrots to the veggie addition. On the table in less than 30 minutes. Leftovers the next day are not so great. The noodles don'..."

"Yes, this is excellent. 7 tortillas was plenty to thicken it for us. Ten made it too much like a thick stew for our taste.I added a tsp of cumin, a half cup chopped cilantro, and a can of corn. I have also made it w/o the cheese and milk to save some big calories and it's still terrific!"
