I used brown rice, which made absorbing the water longer (45-50 min, follow the instructions on the package. Then I put in unwhipped whipping cream (1 cup and 3 cups 1% milk. "We enjoyed this (we didn't have strawberries-so I added a little extra banana, or rice milk-so I used normal milk. We "ground" up the oats in a blender like suggested to get oat flour and it worked very well. Thanks."
