"I made this to put in my lunch box and my 6 year old son's lunchbox. We froze them and then put them (still frozen) in our lunches in the morning. The only change I made to the recipe was using whole grain spelt flour. We loved them and will make them again. Thank you for posting!!!"
"EXCELLENT - this was my first time making enchiladas and I loved them! So did my husband and 20 month old son. I used whole wheat tortillas and no fat sour cream and they still tasted decadent. Thank you!
Update: My son is now 5 years old and we all STILL love this recipe. Thank you!!"
"Really exceptional recipe! It takes Shepherd's Pie to a whole new level. Thank you very much for sharing."
"Really excellent! I didn't have half/half so I just skipped it and made the rest like the recipe. I didn't have egg noodles either so I served it on an ancient grain rice mix. Mu husband and son loved it too. Thanks!"
"If I could give this more stars I would! This is the best chocolate cake I've ever made. I used canned beets and added cocoa powder in addition to the melted chocolate. I was looking for a cake that would hold together when cut so I could make a kitty cake for my son's 4th birthday(I posted some photos). This cake held together using several shape..."
"I was happy to see a pumpkin pie recipe using fresh pumpkin :) I roasted the pumpkin instead of steaming but followed everything else in the recipe. It was my first homemade pumpkin pie and it turned out great! Thank you for posting!"
"I'm always disappointed to see peeled zucchini in zucchini bread.... It loses the point of having it there I think. I didn't peel the zucchini, used 1.5 cups of sugar rather than 2 and organic spelt flour. It turned out AMAZING! I've made it twice and it's like eating cake. My 3 year old son took it to his school for snack time and everyone raved...."
"This is a wonderful recipe. I substituted corn flake crumbs for the panko and it turned out great. My husband and 3 year old son wanted more! I will definitely make this again. I didn't bother turning it over halfway through. It was crispy on both sides anyway. Maybe that's why some comments said their breading didn't stick - it might be better no..."
"This is gourmet food! I'm not much of a salmon or fish person but this was amazing! I did find it a bit too sweet but I think my husband put too many figs in it. Next time I'll make sure there's more onions than figs. We served it with beet salad and baked polenta. We will definitely make this again. Thank you!"
