"I made this around Thanksgiving 2009 and canned several jars for future use. By Christmas it was all gone! People that claimed to hate cranberries and didn't like cranberry sauce were eating it. I omitted the tarragon as I didn't have fresh on hand. From what I remember I used a combo of golden raisins, currents & regular raisins as that's what w..."

"I'm not a fan of Paula's food as most of it is not heart or waist line friendly. My son found this recipe and it helped us use up our abundance of early summer squash in the garden. This is only recipe of Paula's that we all enjoyed!"

"I made this recipe. Next time I would definately add more ginger and omit the jello. The jam tasted great until I put in the jello which upped the sweetness to a whole new level and made it way too sweet. I had to add some lemon juice to try and balance things out. I also used Balls powder pectin as its all our local grocery store had available. I..."

"Very nutritious recipe. My husband and son who are extremely picky eaters (in very different ways both enjoyed this recipe. The only thing that I will do next time is use less spinach as it tends to over power the dish."

"I have made this several times. My real picky husband will even eat it! I do find though that the white sauce measurements are a little off. Perhaps another spoon of butter, 1 more spoon of flour and more milk to increase the volumn of sauce. I forgot to increase the sauce this time around and didn't get quite the same result as to what we are us ..."

"I didn't do anything different other than add a little onion which is a must in potato salad. Usually I love anything that has pesto in it but this time around the pesto didn't work with potatoes. "

"Just by reading the recipe it looked bland but I wanted to give it a try as my son loves prefers plain food verses some of Rachel's other recipes which can be quite hot. I added fresh oreganum, fresh basil, extra garlic and parsely for some added taste. With my additions the dish was a huge success and quite a hit! The leftovers the next day taste ..."
