"Excellent greens. Easy to follow recipe. Sometimes I use hard salami instead of prosciutto. I've had these made with romaine instead of escarole, and always plan on buying that if my store doesn't have any escarole, but it hasn't happened yet. I'm used to a drier greens, so I cut the broth in half, but pretty much follow every other suggestion. ..."

"Excellent flavor, well written recipe. I multiplied this by 8. I cut back on the thyme and used vegetable stock instead of chicken. I stirred in the grated asiago and held the soup in a crock pot on low heat for almost 4 hours [until I ran out]. The soup held up fine, no problems. We added a little bit of chopped chives to the zest and asiago gar..."

"Oh so easy with a mild, subtle flavor. These made up in a flash, and after testing a few one evening, I stashed the rest in my freezer. A good appetizer to have on hand for unexpected guests. I increased the garlic powder some. The rolling in parmesan is an important and inspired step here. Thank you for the recipe, Canadian Cookie!"

"Excellent side, tasty, easy and also, pretty. The smells brought my honey out of hibernation, and I had a hard time stopping him from eating this up as the vegetables came out of the oven, before I got a chance to mash them! I used last-of-my-garden fresh herbs and parsley. The asiago was an inspired addition. I'm glad that you shared this one, ..."

"Delicious pie. This was very easy to make. I needed to add more than 3/4 c crushed stuffing for the crust, but that could have been my heavy hand. I added in some chopped green onions, garlic and horseradish to the filling because we like them, other than that, followed the recipe as written. Daughter # 3 loved this, thanks for sharing!"

"Delicious! These are very easy to make. I was surprised at how tender and light they are. I followed the recipe exactly as written, made no substitutions. Most of these are now stashed in my freezer, it's great having frozen appetizers on hand for impromptu gatherings. The ones we did eat were very tasty with a dijon dip. Thank you for sharing t..."

"These are delicious! The recipe is clearly written and easy to follow. The combination of the sweet cornbread mix and the blue cheese is great. I chilled the mixture for the full hour as directed, rolled out some of the balls, got distracted and had to re-chill the mixture and finish rolling the next day. They did roll out even easier then. The..."

"Wonderful!Fresh pepper is my go-to aphrodisiac, I love the zing it brings. This recipe is delicious, easy and pretty, smells great, too. I didn't change a thing this time, in the future I might try making this with a white balsamic, perhaps the color won't be as muted. I can't wait for my alpine strawberries to ripen for this one. Thank you for s..."

"Yum-o!I have been enjoying your recipe here since last summer, and keep thinking that I will post a review as soon as I get a picture taken of this (it is a very pretty drink Maybe I'll try posting the review first.I have made this with fresh, seasonal peaches, and with canned-packed-in-pear juice-peaches. Maybe a more discerning palate would n..."

"Lovely salad here! Nice clean flavors, easy on the eye. This was very quick for me to throw together using canned beans. I didn't have any cannellinis on hand so I used great northerns. I wasn't paying close enough attention, so what I did was to mix the beans with the vegetables and the dressing, which I then put into the refrigerator until serv..."
