"Loved these. The first time I used oatmeal and flour as I didn't have any bread crumbs. They were good, but I used bread crumbs the second time and they were awesome. I still didn't have bread crumbs but made some in the food processor, then added the rest of the ingredients and pulsed a little. I did add some fresh onion with the ca..."

"This was good. I love asparagus and this is a good way to use up the extras. I think you could also use frozen asparagus. I used fat free evaporated milk, but sure this would be lots better if you used cream and don't mind the extra calories."

"OMG this is so good. I used low sodium soy sauce and added 1/4 cup water as some reviewers said this was too salty. I loved it. Even ate the leftovers cold. I could have eaten the whole 16 ounces in one sitting easily, but thought I probably better not. I also didn't add any oil, as I didn't have sesame oil, but will add it next time..."

"This was really good. I added the tomatoes and green chilies and cheese. I used Ragout sauce instead of Marinara as that is what I had on hand. It smelled amazing while it was cooking and tasted even better. Thanks for a great recipe."

"OMG - these were soooo good. I didn't have any crushed red peppers so added a little ground red pepper. I've just started eating turnips - ate them mashed with carrots. That was good, but this was awesome. Will definitely be making again. Just made this again. One of the turnips I bought wasn't any good, so cooked two carrots ..."

"This is great. Easily worth ten stars. I did cut the amount of brown sugar in half, otherwise didn't change a thing. Could hardly wait for it to be done. Course I had to have a taste every time I stirred it - you stir every 15 minutes right? I'm surprised there was any left at the end of two hours. Thanks Dibs for a great recipe."

"Can't believe I haven't reviewed this as I've used many times. We just adopted an older dog, who had diarrhea because of the changes in her life. I used Pet Oxi Resolve on the stain several times and it didn't touch it. I remembered this recipe and mixed up a batch. It took care of the stain completely, besides being much cheaper. Thanks so m..."

"Yummy. I did make a couple changes. I used 1% milk and Velveeta cheese and added a little garlic. I think the nutmeg adds a lot. In any case, I will be making this lots. My DH who doesn't eat cooked broccoli even had a dish and said it was good."
