"this is my go to rib recipe! So simple, so elegent, so easy! I have to use a slotted spoon to get the ribs out, they fall off the bone. excellent with some polenta and a endive salad and a great glass of wine. My advice, don't use a wine you wouldnt drink for cooking the ribs, unless you want the flavor of the ribs to be "cooking" wine ..."

"i made these to freeze and grab for a quick breakfast when i dont have time to cook. I made them with only whole wheat flour, added two tablespoons of cocoa powder and bananas when poured the batter. super yummy. i will probably spread strawberry jam on these instead of syrup. "

"very yummy, and much easier to make than i expected. i had some italian sausage on hand so i used that instead. i also went by Raffi's rules and used bacon instead of pancetta and the sauce still was tasty(if its good enough for Raffi its good enough for me! haha"
