    "this is my go to rib recipe! So simple, so elegent, so easy! I have to use a slotted spoon to get the ribs out, they fall off the bone. excellent with some polenta and a endive salad and a great glass of wine. My advice, don't use a wine you wouldnt drink for cooking the ribs, unless you want the flavor of the ribs to be "cooking" wine ..."
