"This dish was really easy to make. The only problem I had was my round steak wasn't long enough to make spirals. It opened up in the oven. Otherwise, the dish tasted great. You may wan't to watch it closely in the last ten minutes so the steak doesn't brown too much and dry out. I paired it with garlic whipped potatoes topped with cheddar which I ..."

"Oh, so easy to make, and just soo tasty! Crockpot cooking makes so much sense. This recipe has very few ingredients, takes very little time to prepare and comes out very tender and full of flavor. Granted, the taste may not appeal to everyone, but I like sweet meat. This is a new favorite."

"Great recipe. My wife liked them better than restaurant enchiladas! It took me more like 1 and 1/2 hrs, but worth the effort. The only problem I had was that the enchiladas stuck to each other after baking so I had a hard time serving them without them falling apart. Otherwise they went over well at dinner. "

"Very tasty! The stew bursts with flavor. I served it with old world flatbread which paired with it nicely. I'll try the rice next time. It wasn't too difficult to make. Took me about an hour and a half working quickly. Great as a starter or on its own."

"I have the same cookook and am a big fan of this recipe. It is quite simple to make, tastes great, and can be used as a side or a main dish! I am at my parents and wanted to make this, but couldn't remember the recipe. Thanks for posting it on here!"
