"Yummy comfort food. I halved the recipe and made it in an 8X8 pyrex casserole dish. Smoked gouda is VERY hard to shred by hand even when very cold. "EXCELLENT. I love greens and have a challenge figuring out how to cook them. These were perfect and surprisingly crispy. It is REALLY easy to over do the salt so go easy. "Tasty, quick and inexpensive whats not to like? Next time I will add some cilantro to the slaw and tomato mix. I couldn't find sticks or fillets so I used the Beer Battered Tenders. Two was a perfect amount for a normal taco sized flour tortilla. Thanks for posting!!"

"I used a bit more meat than called for in the recipe so I ended up with no marinade left over. At the end of the cooking process I used some sherry and soy sauce and then added the cornstarch. It was pretty salty, next time I would probably just use some beef stock instead."

"Was really good and definitely a blast from the past.....With that said.. I did add one diced jalapeno and used heavy cream instead of milk, also added 1/2 cup cheese to the pasta mixture with another cup of cheese on top. I probably more than doubled the spices too as I have no kids. Seems like it will freeze well. YUMMY Comfort food!!"
