"I made this tonight to serve as a side with fish tacos. My 9 year old daughter loved it and thought it tasted just like Chipotles rice. I thought it was a good start and I will make it again but perhaps increase the lime, cilantro and butter to suit our taste. "I made this tonight and my husband and little girl loved it! I loved it and it was so easy too. I used the piccata recipe and just added about a tbsp of capers as someone else recommended. I served it with angel hair with butter and parmesan cheese, salad and steamed broccoli. It was delicious, pretty and easy! Thanks!"
