"Good, but next time I'll add 2 cans of tomatoes (I used rotel and drain them instead of adding them undrained. Also strain the squash as much as you can to eliminate the moisture. "I'm new to cooking with leeks. I don't know if you're supposed to use the dark outer portion, but I used the whole thing. I didn't have chicken stock so I used chicked broth instead.
