"OHMYGOSH!! This is my new fave!! I have been looking for a decent chicken enchilada recipe forever that wasn't just soup and sour cream, chicken and chilis (ick. This was FABULOUS! "Made these last night and we all loved them!! THIS is the creamed veggie base I have been looking for. Most are so bland. But that could be because I substituted minced garlic for the powder. "I have never been as disappointed in a recipe as I was this one. After all the glowing reviews, I even doubled it in anticipation of a new family favorite. "This is a winner!! I love skillet lasagna cuz it's less mess and quicker. Changes: I did use about 1 lb hamburger and 1/3 lb italian sausage cuz that's what I had.
