"totally awesome!!! best crab cakes i ever had-- totally not your ordinary, run of the mill crab cakes but wonderfully spiced up! i didn't have the bell pepper and i used scallions instead of the onions and i added a lil more curry as well as turmeric, coriander, and cumin and powdered ginger instead of fresh and 5 garlic cloves! :-D AMAZING!!!!"

"I Love bok choy and this was Exactly what I was looking for!!!! I'm also crazy about very hot food so I used chili sesame oil and instead of soy sauce and brown sugar, I used hoisin sauce.. Made it last night and I'm making it again tonight!! YUMMY!!"

"Wow!!! I had some spicy black radishes lying around the fridge and searched for something quick and mostly raw--- i actually didn't have the corn so i just did it with the radishes and boy it was fantastic!!! sweet/salty/sour/spicy all at the same time!! Perfect! Thumbs way up!"

"I made a few changes in the recipe and it came out DELICIOUS!!! Exactly the taste I was looking for. Supercreamy, with great texture to it. I used hot chili paste, 3 plum tomatoes (just chopped up and threw them in with the chickpeas, no bell peppers, only 1.5 tbsp of curry, and no cayenne pepper. Having this dish over red lentils now, YUMMY!!..."
