"My daughter made these at Christmas using chocolate pudding & mint chips. They were really awesome. Stayed soft & moist. So many possibilities.. thinking of coconut pudding with coconut, pecans & white chocolate chips. The butterscotch pudding, butterscotch chips & adding some oatmeal like another reviewer suggested is tempting too! Great recipe & ..."

"I also used 1 cup sugar & about 2 1/3 cup flour. The batter seemed' greasy' but they baked up beautifully. Perfectly shaped and geat texture. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I could taste the oil. I am a butter person so next time I will try to substitute butter. Dh is the Sugar cookie lover and he thought they were great. I wi..."

"I lost this recipe from Betty Crocker & was delighted to find it posted here. It is wonderful. Something more interesting than apple pie but has the true old fashioned flavor that is awesome! I used Kittencal's easy caramel sauce & it was perfect !"

"These are absolutelt heavenly. This is now a regular at our house. DH wants his sandwiches made from these not just burgers. Mine bake for about 15 minutes and I only seem to end up with 9 or 10. They are so light and tall. I like the fact that they don't taste like a yeast roll but like a sandwich bun! I need to make a cutter out of a tin can to ..."

"I am just getting into pickles.. Like the dill pickles best as long as they are crisp & cold. Made this dip & it the bowl was empty. I liked the idea of something different for an appetizer than your usual onion or garlic dips. Great recipe"

"I love crab anything. This is also great heated up and used as hot dip, think I like it cold best. One change I made - I used real crab - being from the pacific northwest I just couldn't try imitation crab meat"

"These were outstanding ! I prepared the dough & stuck it in the freezer while I cleaned up my dishes ( about 10 minutes I dropped spoonfuls into a dish with sugar and turned to coat. Then I rolled into balls & rerolled in the sugar. I baked until the cracks just started to appear dry. Th results were a crisp on the outside & moist & chewy on the ..."

"Made this today for DH. I actually prepared as directed but increased recipe by one third to make a thicker pie. I baked in a dark 8 1/2 inch pie pan. It took a little over an hour for a knife to come out clean. I laid a piece of foil over the pie for about 45 minutes. It came out beautiful, smooth and oh so rich. Just like a pecan pie should be !"
