"I loved this recipe! Followed the recipe exactly and the only thing I would do differently is add salt and pepper. It was nice to find a recipe that does not make such a large amount for just my husband and myself. Now I know I can double or triple as needed. The parmesan added so much to the dressing and the fresh basil was perfect!"

"This was excellent. Did not have a 9" square pan so I used 7 x 11 and it was perfect. Baked for 25 minutes. The only thing is, it served only five rather than 6-8. I'm going to make this for a party of 14 coming up and I'm trying to figure out how many pans it'll take. Great recipe!"

"Looking through my cupboard, I found there were multiple cans of enchilada sauce and also of refried beans. This was the perfect recipe to help use them up!
