    "I found this to be an excellent soup after some modifications to suit our own tastes. I substituted 3 quarts of chicken broth for the water and boullion cubes, and added 1/4 tsp. red pepper. I used diced tomatoes instead of whole ones also. Next time, I'll substitute cabbage for the spinach (we found it to be unattractive although tasty, and..."
