"I can't really rate this fairly yet as I made it at the house of a friend who does not have measuring spoons. I would say that under the circumstances they turned out quite decent, only a little rubbery around the edges which may have been my overmixing it. We were out of cilantro but I think this one will be a repeat winner this winter!"

This turned out to give it a pleasant mild warmth, and even though I messed up the timing and had to let it sit around too long, D said he wanted to hide the rest in the bedroom to keep it to himself! That's the first time I've m..."

"I love lentils, and we are trying to switch to sweet potatoes (less blood sugary for D. This was straightforward to fix and comforting, and also not a problem for my cholesterol."

"Easy based on stuff in freezer/cupboards, and we both liked it. Next step: reducing butter and sugar if possible."
