"Awesome, Awesome, Awesome... This recipe has become a family favorite. You can spice it up or down depending upon how many tsps of cajun seasonings you use. Also, lately hubby and I are trying low carb menus, so instead of pasta, we serve on a bed of spinach and up the veggies... Great recipe! Thank you!"

"I would never eat brussels sprouts.. however, with this recipe, I am now a fan! Thank you for posting. My kids loved it too. I tried adding fresh minced garlic, but that did not work so well. They all burned on the bottom of the pan. Next time, I might sprinkle some garlic powder or granules on the sprouts instead. Thank you for posting!"

"I tried this recipe and was pleased with the results. I used 2 16-oz cans of diced tomatoes and had to omit the tabasco sauce because of my 4yo and 2yo but used everything else. Will make again when I crave cajun spice! Thank you for a great recipe!"

"I made this for dinner for my family of 4 (including a 4 yr old and a 2yr old and it was just loved by all. Great recipe, quick and easy. I used a Cajun Seasonings Recipe #114562 and it rocked with this recipe. Again, the seasonings mix plus the seasonings that this recipe called for was a perfect combo. It was just enough spice to make it de..."

"I used this recipe for a Creamy Cajun Chicken & Pasta recipe and it came out wonderful! Great recipe and the kids loved it too, the "spicy-ness" was just perfect for my 4 yr old and 2 year old who tend to not like spicy foods."
