"Awesome, Awesome, Awesome... This recipe has become a family favorite. You can spice it up or down depending upon how many tsps of cajun seasonings you use. Also, lately hubby and I are trying low carb menus, so instead of pasta, we serve on a bed of spinach and up the veggies... Great recipe! Thank you!"

"I would never eat brussels sprouts.. however, with this recipe, I am now a fan! Thank you for posting. My kids loved it too. I tried adding fresh minced garlic, but that did not work so well. They all burned on the bottom of the pan. Next time, I might sprinkle some garlic powder or granules on the sprouts instead. Thank you for posting!"

"Great recipe. I used Sherry and fresh basil and fresh thyme because I did not have any Chardonnay and dried tarragon on hand. I baked the chicken at 350 for 30 minutes, the last 12 minutes, I roasted the asparagus. Made Alton Brown's Hollandaise Sauce (which came out GREAT and put it all together. Came out fantastic and was fairly easy (even ..."

"My family loved the recipe and one way I can always tell... There were no leftovers!I did marinate the chicken 30 minutes beforehand, I added marjoram (by accident and cut the cayenne by half because of my young girls. We also ate this without the tortillas, it was still so good! We did have sour cream to help cut the heat which worked so w..."

"I tried this recipe and was pleased with the results. I used 2 16-oz cans of diced tomatoes and had to omit the tabasco sauce because of my 4yo and 2yo but used everything else. Will make again when I crave cajun spice! Thank you for a great recipe!"

"I made this for dinner for my family of 4 (including a 4 yr old and a 2yr old and it was just loved by all. Great recipe, quick and easy. I used a Cajun Seasonings Recipe #114562 and it rocked with this recipe. Again, the seasonings mix plus the seasonings that this recipe called for was a perfect combo. It was just enough spice to make it de..."

"I used this recipe for a Creamy Cajun Chicken & Pasta recipe and it came out wonderful! Great recipe and the kids loved it too, the "spicy-ness" was just perfect for my 4 yr old and 2 year old who tend to not like spicy foods."
