"This is a good recipe - nice flavours, but I found there was not enough dressing so it was a little dry. Next time I will try adding a little wine vinegar to the dressing."

"This dish is quick and easy and probably really healthy. However, I found it somewhat lacking in flavour - not enough richness in the spices (I guess this is not surprising looking at the ingredient list. Not a bad recipe - but not something I'd cook often."

"A quick and easy recipe that's tasty too. The amount written here only fed 2 of us! Could feed 3 if served with bread or salad. Used rice instead of of orzo pasta, and used a lot more mint (we like it!. Otherwise as written. Good recipe - we'll use it again. Thanks."
