"5 stars for not only flavor, but also ease of preparation. I did not add the coconut as I don't care for it. DH sprinkled coconut on his serving. This makes a lot of salad, and I wound up making the rest into smoothies for a couple of mornings. Very delicious as a smoothie too!"

"A wonderful cabbage dish! I did substitute Johnsonville Smoked Turkey Sausage, but otherwise followed the recipe. The cayenne definitely adds a kick. This is now on our list of favorites."

"This was a wonderful breakfast sandwich. I used Franz 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, which I buttered after toasting. Also scrambled the eggs. DH had sliced American cheese on his and I had sliced Cheddar on mine. This will be a weekly recipe for us!"

"Quick, easy breakfast and the grandkids loved it. I loved the combination of peanut butter and honey, but didn't care for the broiled banana slices. Will make this again, but will put the bananas on after broiling."
