"I have made this at least 4 times and it is good. I found I did not need to bake it quite as
long as recipe calls for--the vegetables stay a bit crispier. The last time I didn't have chicken
and did have about 1/2 lb. of stew beef. Cut the pieces a bit smaller and used the sauce
exactly as recipe directs and it was just as good. I'..."

"I am not giving this stars. I tried making it and it just would not roll out without breaking apart. I like the idea of using the food processor and wondered if 1/4 or 1/3 cup of cold water would have helped."

"If you like quonoa as much as we do, I urge you to try this. It is about as good as it gets for breakfast. And healthy--I made it w/dried cranberries and Gala apples. Full of flavor, and hard to believe--it is good for you! Rita, you have made a family happy!"

"Made this last night. I am giving it 5 stars because the taste is great. However, when I make this again, using chicken breasts as I did, i will cover the pan and bake it at 350 with a careful eye to keep from burning. My sauce burnt even though I basted freuently. It is good cold the next day, too."

"Yes, yes! I make a dish so similar to this it's uncanny. This has the gemelli and I use farfelle, but have used penne. And used angel hair once and you can't go wrong with any of them. When I don't have lemons, I use 1/2 tsp of oregano and 1/2 tsp of basil. But the asparagus, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil--don't change any of that. And ins..."

"Need more stars. This is delicious. Made almost exactly like recipe except cut down a bit on the onions and used only 1/2 red pepper. And didn't have brown rice, so served on toasted quinoa. Really good and will have it often. Wonderful meal whether or not you are vegetarian!"
