"It works! Cornbread bakes around the meat mixture beautifully."

"The cooler method works very well. I've done this with a different recipe for over a month now. But it is totally unnecessary to leave it in the yard. Put the filled cooler anywhere in your kitchen and leave the lid on. Can sit overnight or around 8-12 hrs. Place yogurt in fridge for at least 12 hrs to cool after being in cooler."

"This dish is delicious and so dependable. I once doubled it and took it to a potluck where it was devoured to the last bite. The sauce is so tasty and the pork comes out super tender every time."

"So easy! So delicious! This is certainly more like a pancake that pairs well with a light syrup fine. Can be eaten plain with great satisfaction. I was almost expecting a "potato pancake" consistency, but it is more like the breakfast pancake. Toasts up well as a leftover too. Light, fluffy pancake perfection. Thanks Uncle Bil."

Maybe I'll add the second can ..."

"Excellent recipe. I used 1/4c brown sugar only as we prefer a bit less sweet and it turned out perfectly for us. Thanks for a great marinade recipe!"

"This is an excellent treat and easy to make as all reviewers have mentioned. I made a mistake and added a total of 4 eggs, which turned out very well. Just a hint of a custard taste to enjoy! Also, we took plunge and actually put this in a 9" pie pan. Again - excellent results. We used chopped walnuts for the nuts. Unlike one reviewer, I did..."

"This mix rules!!! There are tons of variations for this mix too - an email was floating around with the variations. I DOUBLE this mix recipe and we eat muffins whenever we like - which is several mornings a week. What we don't eat of the 24-36 muffins this recipe makes each use - I freeze and use for snacks on the road or take to a friend's hou..."
