"I loved this soup! I left out the macaroni and parmesan to cut calories, but other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. So good and so healthy. Freezes beautifully."

"I should have used my better judgement and cut back on the dry mustard, but I wanted to make this recipe exactly as written. Big mistake, the mustard overpowered everything and I could feel it in my sinuses. Back to the Blue Box for us. Sorry Alton, I wanted to love this recipe."

"I wasn't sure about all the onion in this recipe, but I made it exactly as it says (except I couldn't find peanut oil and had to use canola. It was SOOO good! I put it on an iceberg lettuce, cucumber and tomato salad and it was awesome. It's good on chicken too. It's actually good on almost everything. I will be making this dressing all the ..."

"For taste, I would give this 4 stars, but because it was so easy, it gets 5 from me. I think this soup really needs to simmer for a while to let the flavors blend. Just heating it up isn't enough, in my opinion. After tasting it, I thought it needed something, so I added 1/2 teaspoon each of garlic and onion powder, which I think helped a lot...."

"Loved the flavor. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it was too greasy for me. I either need to find a way to drain the grease (not mentioned in the recipe or use really lean ground beef."

"I did everything the directions said, but it didn't work for me. I peeled 2 eggs and little chunks of white came off with the shell on both. Then the 3rd egg was even worse and huge pieces of white stuck to the shell and ripped off. I gave up after that and put them back in ice water to see if they would work better when they were completely co..."

"Great recipe! I made a few changes though. I added garbanzo beans, very finely chopped Vidalia onion and omitted the green onion and pepper. I find bell peppers to be overpowering and I'm not a huge fan of them to begin with. I used Cardini's Light Greek Vinaigrette dressing and I cubed the feta instead of crumbling. Definitely a keeper!"
