"These are easy and fast waffles. I added 2 Tbs of sugar for a hint of sweet, and decreased the powder sugar to 2 tsp, and they still raised up beautifully, without tasting to much like baking powder, as some reviewers noted. I also added 1tsp of vanilla. So yes, I made my modifications, but overall the recipe is tops in my list, thanks for post..."

"Great Recipe! I was looking for one just like it! I substituted the white sugar for maple syrup and they came out nice and sweet. Also, I beat my egg whites and folded them into the mixed batter to make them extra fluffy...wonderful hit in the family! Oh, added blueberries too. Thanks for posting!"

"Very good, I too doubled the salt...but I also decreased the sugar by half and they still came out sweet enough. Yummy recipe, but still not quite the chewy cookies I'm looking for. I'll keep searching, but thanks for posting, they are tasty and soft, but not the chewy that I'm looking for."

"Wonderful recipe, bread raised nicely and was moist! I used Rapid Rise yeast and cut the first raising period into 10 min! I would rate it 5...but for my taste, it lacked salt. I will definitely do again, but with an additional TSP of salt. Thanks for the recipe, it's great!"
