    "I did not have a mashed bananna so I substituted 1/2 cup of apple sauce. Had a great flavor. These puffed up while cooking but as soon as I took them off the heat they became flat. I'm pretty sure this had to do with my substitution. I would make these again with the bananna because they had a fantastic taste and weren't heavy tasting. I only..."

    "This was good, but very 'orangy' from the orange juice. I think I would try next time with apple juice? I also used half splenda and half sugar and it was still plenty sweet. I also did not have a need to add extra liquid, I actually had to turn the burner up higher to get some of the juice to evaporate."
