"This was unbelievably yummy!! My husband ate it and if he likes it, it must be good. Will maybe add a packet of onion soup next time!"

"This was absolutely wonderful! My husband is a meat eater and he was skeptical, but he went back for seconds. I think next time I will use a little more ricotta, just b/c I like it and it makes it fluffier! I also made my own marinara a day ahead time. It tastes really good if you have a good sauce! He said it was very fresh tasting and light. ..."

"My husband loved this recipe and so did my 17 month old daughter! I couldn't believe she was eating all of her vegetables! I used light coconut milk and added a tbsp of corn starch b/c it comes out a little thinner without it! I will definitely make this again!!"

"These dumplings were awesome. I'm vegetarian so I made them with veggie crumbles and no one even knew it was fake meat. The soy dipping sauce was great too. They do take a little time but it is well worth it!!"

"My husband and I loved this salad. I know it's good if he'll eat it 2 days in a row. I didn't have time to make the dressing, but I did find a light version of blue cheese dressing by Ken's. I mixed 1 and a 1/2 tbls of dressing with a tablespoon of nonfat plain yogurt and it was delicious. I love Ellie!!!"
